I downloaded FM08 Demo a few days ago and my thoughts?
Its about the same with FM07, with several tweaks..
Skin wise, its looking nicer and easier layouts of buttons.
Match engine wise, the AI is reasonably 'down-to-earth'; you are able to beat the AI if you tweak your tactics accordingly.
Player wise, some players are given too high attributes as compared in real-live.
Training-wise, no difference..
Negotiations wise, they are more reasonable and more 'real'. We're able to get the players we want easily.
One good new feature is the "make player available for reserves game for the next 5 days options". So, when a player isn't called-up for international duty or when he just recovered from injury, you can put him as that status, thus he is able to maintain his match-fitness.
Another good feature is the Confidence. Supporters are able to voice out their opinions on the outcome of matches and new signings.
And also the Match Analysis is a good add too!.
I'm awaiting the release of the full version here.
According to the SI website:
"UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Portugal, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Belgium, Holland and any other European countries where the game is normally released apart from the countries below, the release dare will be Friday October 19th. Which really isn't very far away at all.
In Spain, the game will be released on October 26th. Which is slightly later, but we're trying something new in Spain, and will be selling from kiosks for the first time, which is very exciting. There'll be a bit more news about that in tomorrow's blog, coz there's some very cool stuff going on over there.
In Australia, the game will be released on October 25th.
In the Czech Republic, the game will be out on 1st November, and in Poland 8th November. The reason for the delay is to ensure that the translations are spot on for your countries.
For those in Japan, you'll be able to get a fully translated version of the game on December 10th and Korea are planning on launching on 1st November."

ok finally have time to try out the game.
used manutd for 2hrs, i think they suck pretty bad now, not very sure but maybe i suck managing manutd, kena thrashed 4-0 b arsenal.....
using liverpool for 2hrs, damn imbalance team now i must say. after i add samir nasir, better but i think their defenders all damn old, must get new one. just played a game, got 5-3 fight manutd knn torres god, score 2 and not my strongest team oso.... finan injured and most impt, gerrad injured for fucking 4 mths.....
but sometimes torres nvr score, but once he score, score 2 goals. i partner him with voronin, damn good combination, dunno y voronin in game so good. kuyt is fine but crouch suck to core
