he underperforming in almost every match.. sumtimes i hav thoughts wen i watch him play in my game.. is he a striker or a winger??

set a playmaker playing behind the 2 frontmen and wingers supplying enough crosses for him to capitalise.
i play 4-1-1-2-2
passing direct style, focus passing on flanks. all-out attack.

erm..any ways to make a player perform better? some of my players not performing, match rating always stay at 6 and i dont c them touch the ball

not sure, my friend who was valencia manager, sold him for 45.5 million, in fact he didnt even have a say in it, the board just thought it was a too good offer to be refused.. and he was utterly pissed.
