  plz help me !!! i am unable to buy any players because of dun know wat transfer condition .. how to disable it ? i need players

  i tink u mean ur club directors prevent u from buying players due to financial problems?
  
  the oni way to edit is go to the FM Editor in the game, find ur team, remove those clauses, and restart a new game

  but i buy over my club le .. still cannot buy players. need defenders ..

  It helps if you can provide us wif some screenshot which prevents you from getting new players.
