my players all off form now, winning 1 goal or just keep losing, last time they on form de, i tried rotating them but all off form, donno how 2 make them on form again

Morale low --> Try to raise morale by giving more talks based on your players' personality. Or interact with one of them and see if the option of a "player's meeting" is allowed.
Tactics --> Try to be a bit more offensive. 4-2-4 at the start when you have home advantage for example. Or 5-4-1 away to try to keep a result. Maybe also can adjust also things like "player runs", "long shots" etc and see how.
Or maybe your players might just be really lousy.
Google for FM Genie Scout and check your players' profile. -

keep senderous, he will be gd after 3 yrs
Keep henry, he can gaurantee u 25-40 goals a season
keep baptisa and sell off reyes, remember to buy him b4 his loan expire
keep fabregas, gallas, eboue, toure, gilberto
walcot needs a super long time to be gd, at least 4 yrs -

got one guy here manage to get messi for 20 million, which i dunno hw he did it

dennilson is normal also, get rid of lupoli, cause he always wan to be 1st choice, if nt he kick up a fuss
flamani is verstatile, so its up to u
chelsea got one young player , the one whom they fight man utd and pay them 12 million one, who can play in central mid

but saviola needs a couple of yrs to mature -

maybe can change ur formation to accomodate 3 CM instead of wingers

or 3-5-2 (here the wings can put fast pace defenders) -

arsenal has a great young squad actually.. armand troure is gonna be a great left back about three four years after the start of the game.. with the right coaching. eboue should also be a first choice for your XI. i bought him from the arsenal reserves team first season for like 3 million pounds
. stupid buggers. other than that i dont know about you but walcott's been doing very well for me and im only up to my second season in this game. and you've got a quality strike force, decent midfield and defence, just need to tweak your tactics a bit. this FM, more than any other CM or FM, needs very good tactics for you to actually start winning. in the games before this, you just needed good players, now good tactics are also a must.
