  No need, just follow the instructions on how to enable the game to load the logos. It's together with the .rar file, I think.

  You got read the "readme" file or not?
  
  Straight from the EPL logos file:
  
  

  Installation
  Extract to \My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\ or Your User Data folder if you have moved it.
  
  Turn off the skin cache in the preferences menu and reload FM or change skins to get the logos to show. (You can change skins back and turn on the skin cache when the logos show).
