  72 M for transfer
  
  after initial rejection
  
  900k Salary budget
  102 M for transfer
  
  My current wage bill is ard 700k
  
  should i choose higher salary budger or more transfer funds?
  
  and does the manager salary (which is me) got ani impact anot

  In FM there is no need to have so much transfer funds.
  
  Just get lots of scouts to get young and cheap talents.

  With a higher salary cap for the entire team, it is much easier for your entire finances to be in the black come the end of the season.
