Setting tactics for goalkeeper

Peharps you have experience with your keepers passing the ball to the opposition, who just take a long shot into an open goal. I know I did, very frustrating.
Currently, I have the following setup to minimize such mistakes. Anyone else doing same thing? How you do it?
