  Like how? Click on the player's name... u will the player's profile rite? See the link that says "Player Interaction". Take note that different player reacst to praise or neg comments.

  For some reasons... I leave him as it is. I think the rest of the forumites would prefer to drop them to rest mode. That is, no training at all or light trg there after. U can set the trg modes in the Training link.

  Oh, it's usually after a match been played then you'll see other options.

  Too bad abt Kewell. Bt Gonzalez is even better. He din do well in the first season bt he's smashing on the second season. Kewell is useful... clever player. Sometimes I use him as Forward or Att Mid.
  
  Carragher is a Pillar and strength in my team and it is one area u buy new player to cover. Oh, Agger will be awesome in the long run. Play him on and off... his stats will improve alot. Sold him for 8.25Million to Ajax in the end cos I was not doing well in the first season and he was ambitious.

  gpt any training schdules for young kids? i put all my younglings intensive training then all buay song... gd thing is all stats increase like crazy...
  
  set piece is for corners crossing and free kicks rite? so why defenders need? put it as none or very light (light) so they can increase defending training?

  poor watford
  
  had 2 games against watford, back to back, within a space of 4 days
  
  got trashed by me on both occasions
  
  okok, not really trashed, but their defence was trashy
  
  5-3 on 1st occasion (ok, my def was trashy too ), 4-0 on 2nd occasion

  Search for "rich" feeder clubs. Like those clubs in Japan/China/USA.

  Try to see your finances breakdown and examine which area is pulling down your finances.
  
  When purchasing players, try not to offer to pay monthly installments to much.
  
  Also, player bonuses can actually put a huge dent to your fiances; try to offer them an acceptable bonus - not too low, not too high.
  
  And like Coolmyth said, try to have feeder clubs from Japan or USA; they help ALOT..

  hmmm.. good tips. but then again, my training schedule had everyone increase almost every single attribute; save for maybe 1 or 2. lol.
