calculus problem!

any forumers knows the method to solving this? think I learnt it b4 during the A lvl days but now my brain all rusty liao. hee.. thanks!

yup i tried integrating by parts.. so we have x(4-x²)^-1/2 right?
tried diff x and integrating (4-x)^-1/2.. after integrating (4-x)^-1/2 we get some inverse sin function.. den how do u integrate the inverse sin function again!? *pullhair. haha.
i also tried to integrate x and diff (4-x)^-1/2.. notice that the power of x will keep increasing when we integrate it so its clear it cant be done by parts.
suggestions? -
