  f(w) = (3w^2+1)^-2
  
  Find f " (w).
  
  Find y' and y" in terms of x and y.
  
  Q1) xy^2 + 4x=y
  
  Q2) x^2y=4

  1st is ((P)^-3)(-12w)

  f'(w)=(-2)[(3w^2+1)^-3 ] (2)(3w)
  = -12w [(3w^2+1)^-3]
  f"(w)= -12w [(-3)[3w^2+1)^-4] (6w)] + [(3w^2+1)^-3] (-12)
