  I'm glad i found this thread.
  
  Today i was in my room listening to some sad songs. Felt emotional because of all the problems in my life.
  
  Felt like shit. And then i started shedding some tears. I'm a guy btw. Yah, not very macho huh.
  
  Truth is, i can't remember the last time i cried.
  
  After a while i cried myself to sleep. Funny thing was, i woke up feeling kind of numb but better.
  
  I guess if one is alone, no harm just crying. guy or girl, ego is no big deal .....
