Recommendations for Jazz Clubs or Bars

Am a Jazz lover. Other than the Jazz Bar in St James, are there any other places that is good?
Someplace with goodjazz, good drinks and nice ambience.

I heard oosh at dempsey has nice jazz area.. never try before.. you can go check it..

Try Blu Jazz Cafe. They have live jazz band on every Fridays 10pm.

I find their food good & with affordable prices. But dun expect a chic place like St James tho'..Blu Jazz Cafe ambience is orite nia, IMHO. But if u r lookin for Jazz, u can give it a try.

ohh.. I do go Blu Jazz too! :D it's not bad! :) food is like less than 10 bucks with a good portion for such premises..

I went to Blu Jaz once but that night I went, there wasnt any band playing...
food's not too bad..

Yea~I like the food there, & overall the place is comfortable. But probably the place is small, tat's y i do feel the band is abit loud. Then we went to the 2nd floor, the ambience is definately better than the ambience at grd floor, & it's DJ music style, but if the music can be slightly softer, i wld love the place more.
Nevertheless, I wld still return to that cafe.

I went there twice.. once at second level, second time is outside.. yea.. ground level the band a bit loud.. can shatter weak hearts that kind.. upper storey can lomantic lomantic.. :P although it can be quite crowded on weekends or fridays..

I can't remember the day I went.. anyway there wasn't any live band. We finished dinner then went upstairs. The seats were very cosy.. and it was a quiet night, we practically had the whole place to ourselves!!

Yea, i like the 2nd storey too. I took a peek at the 3rd storey & find tat area smaller but quieter - no DJ nor live band, tho' i see a percussion set there too. Nxt time i shall go to 3rd floor & feel~~

Ya, I went to Blu Jazz before. You guys know that there is this other toilet at the alley? Ladies try not to use tat toilet, my friend kena peeping tom sometime back.
