Yups! Sparks is flocked with ah lians and ah bengs NOW hey, remember the good days when Sparks 1st open and we haf had our share of FUN and partying? It's definitely HAPPENING and NOT for bengs and lians! Those were the days man.....used to go there but NO more... guess the crowd is different now!
Anyway, except for the crowd, the place is NOT that bad afterall! NICE venue for a dance.... *GRINZ*

I used to hang out there in my younger days. Hmmm... although it was an ah-bengs & lians infested place back then too, i couldn't believe my eyes when i was there last week. I went to its ktv coz compared to those cheapo one, sparks' small ktv is much more bigger than their small size ktv.
N when i say i frequent it, i realli frequent it. At least thrice a week, once i went every single day. Too much time & $$$ on hand u know. *sigh* Hahaha...
But back then, i was at the VIP lounge wif dos wat we call 'lao pueh lang', never can mix along wif those small bengs. Toopid like hell, dun understand the meaning of SS. Old ones make $$$, they get into fights and become scapegoats onli. Toopid fark. Should learn from me mah, sit there got $$$ come in, buay song got ppl go fight fer me.
Aiyah, back to it. When i was there... u know the lifts? I was like... Yucks... y now so many xiao beng & lian. I tink me beri seh bin leh. Hahaha... U know how these ppl realli stinge on stuffs? No $$$ buy drinks, no $$$ give tips. N when i was there... kaoz... realli hate the attention man. *blush* The waiters, waitresses, security, managers... alot still recognise me leh! Eben when i call to book room, she tell me i no nit to book, juz look fer her! *ahem*
Okie okie, my story is...
When i went to look fer my frds... oh ya, forgot to tell u dat i never go dat place 4 abt 3-4 yrs liao. When i went to look fer my frds, i couldn't c them. I was at the Vip lounge lah. Then i c... cb lah, wat's all these kids doing down here. If some of u understand wat i mean, n u used to go there in the past, dat place was dominated by the Bukit Timah, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang & Kallang Airport & Bedok Reservoir ppl & some others. Those bengs & lians can onli stand one side at the stairs or on their own, not supposed to sit there, but they may come to the table for drinks. LOL
Then i went to ask one staff where's those arses. She told me they dun come here anymore. Then i asked beri long no come oladi huh? She said ya, beri long oladi.
No wonder lah. Wif all these kids. No wonder Sparks taking over Fire, cater to kids where got business!!! They muz be losing alot of $.
Even when my frds wanted to go dance, i stay put in the room, wouldn't want to be picked up by bengs. They realli jihong man, kept staring into the room, eben when i go out of the room to take calls, i can't stand them too.
I wasn't realli bothered by the song, coz i c their face i also dunwan to go dance.
But then those toopid beng poems are beri fun also wat. i muz admit it these kind of things dat u can realli feel the atmosphere. Even at my age, i feel embarrase to admit to it, i like it loh. LOL

i used to go sparks alot..sparks regulars.But nw i agree,a lot of "kids"..i think sparks should limit the age to 17 n above.Nw a lot of xiao hun hun can go in.SI Bei Sian one leh.it is a fun place though,atmosphere inside is very high.if u can blend in with the crowd,then gd n fun loh..bcos every song gt their own cheer or something,n the techno there is fantastic loh

ages since i last went... go also sit there watch Tom&Jerry only.. dunno how to dance.. :Þ drinks so ex somemore.. go elsewhere drink is abt $10 cheaper leh... then the housepours like onli got soft drink but very little alcohol one...
they r gonna open a new disco meant for a more mature crowd at the current location and shift sparks to the plac ewhere fire used to be... maybe this new place gonna be better wif the age restriction...

Mi tink dat e old sparks is a realli cool place ya esp last time at e VIP section ! I've to disagree wif Hello Kitty on tis ya .. dat section is not specially for all those "lau puay lang" ya .. hee~ tere was once i used to be sitting tere too =)
But look wat has sparks become of todae ya .. i recommend seven and club3 at md sultan they r much much better choice! -
