Total rip off orchard building parking rates.

  Was shock while leavjng orchard building from abt 16th/0035-0134hr.total 59mins. parking Price $9.

  Got no chance to view the parking rates as gantry is on slope and car behind waiting.

  Any kind soul know whats the parking rates. 

  It stated outside entrance "lowest parking rate"

  But no true.

  haha, that is orchard, usually i park at behind the plaza singapura then walk if i go for shopping
