Free Day for Civil Servants on Saturday - a boon or bane?

  Since the government introduced the Saturday-Off system, once again without actually considering the views of Singapores, we would actually be squeesing the workload into 5 days.

  Why do you hate it, for students like me, i actually dont have to come back to school on saturdays you know...

  It actually depends on which board you work for. I think SAF personnels are benefitting it on a whole. Esp stay in personnels. Prob stats boards having counter services will suffer the most...having to extend working hours during weekdays to cover for the workload on a weekend.
