  This is a simple and beautiful story.
  
  
  
  Probably the sweetness and the simplicity of it makes the book a wonderful read. An innocent love blossoms from the time a boy and a girl, both class representatives, visit another classmate who has broken his leg.
  
  And from there, a tale of their too-short time together. She is strickened with leukemia and the tale of his devotion to her, is simply touching.
  
  Not one for the cynics, but maybe it'll melt their heart too.

  before it became a manga, it was a book.. maybe i should use the book cover instead.. the manga cover was prettier
