  To be a taxi driver, it is not about managing, it is more about you want to be out of the corporate world of dirty politics, discipline and top down unfair treatment. So, not every one is cut to be one if one do not possess that wanting..

  At least you drove 3 weeks, many drove 1 day, give up liao, no penalty, told you to thrown key in first 3 days, then no penalty, this is the testing period. Cdg smlj call only 30cts lah, only peak period 40cts, and advance 1 dollar. You got problem can see me at Loyang office 5 floor

  Delayed one more week to return car. Though tiring, sleep problem and body aching, things are slowly getting better

  Really feel bad for tds too as now theres app like grab and uber that provide more flexiblity and deals for customer.... i can only wish u all the best

  Actually Uber and Grab in a way, helped taxi driver to forgo driving and seek other better and stable jobs. Changes is inevitable in anything, and by 2020, where buses or car go into driverless, that will affect more peoples, including my casket driving job...boss told me, will also go driverless.

  My personal experience/ thoughts after 5 wks of taxi driving.

  Taxi driving is not as simple as i thought

  Driving leisurely is different from driving to earn income

  Less quality sleep

  Body aching

  Boring

  Stressful 

  Must be on road for long hrs to make a living 

  literally no offdays

  I am fortunate that my past jobs are more relaxing so unable to take the hardship

  Freedom and a few nice encounters with pax are the only thing I personally enjoyed
