Yr taxi in workshop. Is rental still deduct from your bank account? Got downtime rebate?
if i not wrong, he took the taxi under promotion which does not have down time. so meaning BIG loss for him as he continues to pay rental and the car is inside workshop.
that was why i told him not to get involved in accident in the first place. is very sad because today is Friday and normally Friday is a good day for taxi business.

Anyway if you can proof you are stationary then it is very clear the bus driver fault already, let see if he can argue it was the lamp pole fault or road divider fault when he bang into these things or not. Also he bang at your side means you at the front, in any way he must have come from behind even to hit sideway. He have nothing to argue in the first place.
I didn't win the case is becos it was a one lane.

You need to pay $1K first, deducted over one month in 4 instalments?
one lane? can explain more?
Originally posted by Taxilim88:You need to pay $1K first, deducted over one month in 4 instalments?
No need pay first cos verdict not out yet. I might win or lose case. Got installment but the staff not sure how many mths. I feel that it is their tactic to let tds wait 3-6 mths hoping that td will not pursue further if lose case.
what has one lane got to do with the accident?

Was told if there's a divider dotted line , i would have won the case.
But it was clearly a single lane regardless how wide the road is.

so you suppose to be waiting behind the bus?
