  25 call jobs, no need smlj autobid lah, autobid is fingerless one, if you forget to off it, you go toilet also bid for you, you at expressway also bid, you Q and take a pax up before meter start, also bid...can get heart attack one hor. Dun worry about the 25CJ, 2 days can cover already, because once you are in it, the calls will be assigned, not bidding, but of cos Cdg Simon would not tell you lah, he must not leak it out that actually it is assigned to you, you press anytime, also you get, only scare you dun press only. That is why those old hirer are getting less call nowadays, all give to these 25CJ newbies or I call them goondos. That day I just F..Simon, told him knn, old hirers, our cdg main contributor and supporters for many years, you kill them ar??? what do you think newbie will see...they see old bird get shot, you think they will join??? please lah, do something to old hirer...not go and kill them off...then more return, end up...LPPL or even worst if his Lanjiao bian lang scheme cannot work.

  Actually to be frankly, cash is the most smelly, full of virus. Aiyo, each one got each preferences, if you think it is good, no relief, no downtime, 2-4 years old cab...then go ahead, make Simon day, but if you think buay kan one..then go TC lor, easy easy cover rental one

  bro, I think cannot ask pax or reject. During my tdvl the instructor said you wind down window nia can kena as in soliciting pax 12 pts and $500 fine.

Please lah, if I want to spy, I go tweeter, facebook, and many other popular taxi forum liao, here, everyday, who posting, except me, maybe got another 2 or 3, member not even 10 +that si lau char bor. I think Jason is also the mod here lah, he just want to keep it going.

  What has our NTA done for us taxi drivers besides collecting money for nothing.

   

  In the last few days I have been to 4 of the taxi companies. I think in order to pressure the taxi companies to lower rental we have to either sacrifice the weakest link. Here are the so call promotions from each of the companies. I will start wt the worst offer.

   

  Premier. Their Optima K5 is offered at $120 per day. Incentive is $300 discount per month. Isn't it the same as before when they offer $119 per day and $10 fuel discount per day. LPPL. Deposit is $1.5K. Relief allowed. Offer rent is for 6 months only.

   

  Transcab. They have offer for Wish, Epica and Renault. According to newspapers it claims that the Renault is $88 per day but on Transcab sign up document it is $101. Deposit is $1.5k.  Incentive is $90 per month. Rental price has no expiry.

   

  SMRT. The Prius is 2 weeks free rental and 5.5 months at $59 per day. No relief driver allowed. Deposit is $1.5k. 

   

  Comfortdelgro.  They offer 50% off standard rental rates for 1st 3 months and 40% off for next 3 months. Deposit is $488. Early termination is only $300. 

   

  So let's do a calculation for 6 months rental.

   

  Premier  K5 $120 x 30 day x 6 mths -$1800 incentives = $19,800 

  Transcab Renault $101 x 30 day x 6 mths - $540 incentives = $17,640

  SMRT Prius $59 × 30 days x 5.5 mths = $9,375

  CDG i40 $65×30 days x 3 mths + $75 × 30 days x 3 mths = $12,600

  So just by jumping to another company u potentially save $10,000 for the duration of 6 months. At the end of 6 months u can always jump to another company and continue saving. There are 5 taxi companies so u can keep jumping for 2.5 yrs. Best is to select the smallest company with lousy rental price to jump to other company, this will surely pressure them to drop price. This is time to unite and fight back.

  Lion City Rental now has brand new Prius at $69 per day to drive Uber. So just do ur own calculation and make ur own decision.

  Some more hor, all these so called reduce rental by taxi companies, they only rent you the very old cabs, LCR is new car hor. Old cabs tiam tiam downtime one...aiyo...taxi companies really jiak lang NTA smlj, knn, when Uber driver incentive drop, they join their PhA aka Pte Hire Association to fight for them, Uber also give way...what is NTA?? give $100 NTUC voucher ar??
