I like to go Clark Quay cause a lot of chio bu, not stratery. Some TD like to wait at kranji mrt even after 10pm. Stratery?

Last week, pick up a pax at NUH taxi stand. Ask her why she never take pirate. She said pirate got surge. So their pattern is:
Open Uber and Grab at the same time. Check prices. If got surge go and take taxi. Nabey.

For me i usually still support taxi. Yest tried calling comfort but experiencing high call volume. So i took grab. Anyway, the driver is a female in her 30s.
