  touting by drivers is illegal

  touting by 3rd party contractor is ok, its considered as arrangement by 3rd party

  just like last time the mercs driver win the LTA undercover case at grand mercure roxy hotel

  Tell that to those taxi touts at Orchard Towers. Park by the side and loiter around the entrance for big fish.

  Then those at geyland touting me for their ladies? and also those at shopping centre touting me to sign up credit card these and that...aiya, most of us already one leg inside the coffin liao..careless what they do..if our govt sayang them..what can you do? Just earn your dole

  Those at Orchard Towers are not touting for taxi business hor. You want to know what they are promoting you just go ask them.

  Orchard tower, knn, I ever pick 2 death men inside, early about 7am, one drink until heart attack died, another drink and fell..died. Formerly, I also do touting at hospital, then kenna banned, so my boss ask me not to tout anymore. Like we get the info from nurses that someone is going to die today, we will talk to the relatives, pass our name cards....and guarantee that everything is taken care of, ...blah blah..
