  Even for the most straight  forward route,pax can find fault with u. So as bro Bowah pointed out follow the standard protocol. Ask for the route or suggest a route.then only proceed.

  So how much is the fares? dun get shortchanged by Pax. Some knnccb pax are there to purposely make a fuss so that they can paid less, if me, either pay full fare or call police.

  Shortest straight forward route is Wlands rd -- Upp Bt Timah --Dunearn --Ophir.  At that hour, traffic should be smooth.  Even then, with peak hour surcharge, the fare should be about $22.

  Your pax took you for a ride...He/She is probably a M'sian, works in MBS and take taxis to MBS from Kranji MRT often?

  today moring at 6,30am at woodlands checkpoint pax wanted to go Yishun street 11

  she wanted to go via SLE 

  i thought go via Gambas ave is shorter but she said too many traffic light

  orh...but whatever happen, just follow pax instruction, but if you go on yr own or taking yr wife...remember yishun now got 4 routes to go in, from north, gambas or Canberra, from west, try to use mandai, from south, either lentor or seletar west, from east same same as from south...remember mandai hor. But if got nothing to do, or night peak period, try not to go Yishun.
