  SINGAPORE - An accident involving several vehicles just before the entrance of the Cairnhill Tunnel caused a massive jam on the Central Expressway (CTE) towards the city on Friday (Feb 19) morning.

  The Land Transport Authority (LTA) tweeted at about 9.50am that the accident happened after the Bukit Timah Road exit, informing road users to avoid lanes 1 and 2.

  At about 10.13am, the congestion is said to have stretched until the Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 exit.

  Fellow drivers. ...big rain dun drive. .. Not worth it. small rain OK. Knn Thursday nite 4am drives back from yishun to town cannot see a thing ...road divider cannot even see...damn dangerous in highway
