  I know for sure human do fart, and my doggie farts too rarely though, but does lurker farts openly for others to smell?

  I am caucasian, so I have no dea what "simi 'wai li'" means.
  
  However, women don't fart. It's due to evolution. In the caveman days there were two types of females: farting and non-farting. However, the farting ones failed to attract males, so they didn't reproduce and their farting DNA died out. Only the non-farting ones reproduced and so spread their non-farting DNA. Survival of the fittest/non-fartiest.
