Most definitely. In fact they can fart out of their front bottoms as well as their back bottoms.
Back bottom farting, while a matter of great pride and celebration amongst males is an area of intense embarrassment to many women. thus females tend to prise apart their buttocks during flatulence so as not to make any noise.
In the bible, Abrahams wife was a dreadful farter, and she too, prised apart her cheeks in order to remain anonymous. In fact, instead of taking responsibilty for the staggering odours she released in the tent at night, she would blame the goat. this led the brothers of Abraham to chastise the poor goat, and throw stones at it, until they drove it over a cliff. this is the origin of our expression 'scapegoat' and women have been blaming others ever since.
Front bottom farting is an altogether more fishy experience, especially when drinking from the hairy goblet. -

Some where up this thread is my post, that I suspect that girls fart quietly in crowded MRT trains. Especially in the morning rush hour. Phew! Hydrogen sulphide.
