Its so hard to practise to be good in this immoral world

  its hard to adhere to your precepts and morality in this insane and immoral world isnt it. when you adhere to your precept in not drinking and smoking in social gathering, people will tease and make fun of you, as useless, no fun, so serious, nerdy, come on drink just for this instance, not like asking you to drink every water, come on you are a guy, drink up please.

  any comments esp if you are a practising buddhist. people must think you are boring to be a good person.

  You are right. However, consider this: You are here today because of your past karma. You are able to go for social gathering because in the past, you have accumulated enough of the karma. Going forward, whatever happens to you depends on what you have done in the past and what you are doing now. If you break the precepts now, you will accumulate bad karma and therefore, you will have more negative experience.
