can we realise anatta through observing visuals, sounds, feelings...?
I don't know how to say e.g when a loud music is playing... we know it's ear consciousness...?

@Dharmadhatu: Yes. In my recent article http://awakeningtoreality.blogspot.com/2011/12/experience-realization-view-practice.html
@AEN,
1. I have read the article again and still feel some lack of clarity...
No mind = just the scenery ...
Anatta = scenery without the agent...
The both feels the same, can you further clarify as it is said that many people stuck in No-mind

Then contemplate and notice the fact that “there is no experiencer behind experience or “in seeing just the shapes, colours, forms, no seer... this can eventually lead to non dual experience and insight.
Originally posted by An Eternal Now:No. No mind is no sense of agent, just direct perception of luminous phenomena.
Anatta is realizing that always already there never is an agent, that it is a delusion.
No mind is an experience related to anatta, but anatta is about realization. No mind can be temporary. Realization is permanent.
Thanks.
