Some buddhist temples in Singapore have groups such as Youth Ministry (for youths).
However, if you have questions relating to how to resolve your own problems in your life, the best way is to go to the Buddhist temples for counselling.
Kong Meng San Phor Kar See Monastry (PKS), if I'm not wrong, does provide counselling services. Some of the counsellors are professional counsellors, while other counsellors are venerables. In fact, they have phone services you can call relating to life problems and they do provide counselling and help.
If you have questions relating to dharma practice, the best way is to attend dharma lessons (Buddhist classes) in the buddhist temples. You will then get to know many buddhist friends. In addition, you can also get to know the venerables of the buddhist temple and consult them on issues relating to your emotional problems in your life.
In buddhism, one seeks refuge in the triple gems: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. The Buddha is the doctor. The Dharma is the medicine. The Sangha is the nurse. If you're sick, you should always see Buddha first. The Dharma is the knowledge to resolve your problems. But one should also consult the Sangha community and they provide care and advice on issues relating to your problem.
