This morning, my mum told me ..yesterday or 2 days ago, she dream about me.
I'm still young in the dream, and jump to a swimming pool or somthing and swim..then suddenly 'Guan Yin' who is in a sitting position carry me from the pool . Full stop.
Hm...got meaning bo?
Your mum dreams of Guanyin.. I think, that means she has some karmic affinity to Guanyin.
Guanyin basically hear voices and come to save sentient beings whenever someone chant her name 無觀世音薩 (Namo Guanshiyin Pusa). The swimming pool can mean that you are swimming but might face danger, then Guanyin come and save you.
That's good.. congratulations. It would be good to chant "Namo Guanshiyin Pusa 無觀世音薩" continously in your daily life, or whenever you face difficulties or even danger in your life. You can chant it out or chant it in your mind.
just this '無觀世音薩' ? how many times? =)

You can chant it as many times as possible. It's up to you. Minimum should be 7 times a day. Normal practice for buddhist is 108 times a day (representing 108 sufferings are gone when you chant it). Buddhist usually uses the buddhist beads ä½›ç (108 beads) when doing chanting. Buddhist beads are usually used for counting no. of chants. There are also buddhist beads of 21 (worn on wrist), 54 beads.
I usually chant 無觀世音薩 whenever I'm in the MRT going to work or going back to home after work using my 21 buddhist beads (which I wear on my wrist).
There are other versions of chanting for Guanyin (depending on your own practice):
無大悲觀世音薩 (Namo Dabei Guanshiyin Pusa)
無救苦救難觀世音薩 (Namo Jiuku Jiunan Guanshiyin Pusa)
Note that "無" (namo) is a sanskrit term that means "pay homage" (敬仰,敬,賴). It usually appears in front of Buddha or Bodhisattva 's name when one is chanting Buddha/Bodhisattva's name.
Thanks yhjow..but can i still chant without using the beads or is it a need using beads?

Yes, you can chant it without the beads. In fact, I practise that too.
As said, buddhist beads are usually used for counting number of chants. The benefit of using buddhist beads is that it allows your mind to be more focused when doing chanting. This is a general practice for most buddhist and most buddhist will typically wear buddhist beads on their wrist.
However, if you don't have buddhist beads, that's fine too. Simply chant it without the beads and it's still ok. I do that too.
=) Ok thanks thanks for the infor =D
