I am making kimchi at home and did a bit of research. Found out that KimChi used to be temple food.
I am thinking of making kimchi and sell them for donating the net profit to help build a retreat centre in Bhutan. Kimchi chilli powder is very expensive and my usual cost is about $18 to make 1.5 kg of kimchi cabbages.
Wonder will anybody buy if i sell them at $3.00 per 100g. I just buy a Paul Newman foundation cesar salad cream and learnt that Paul Newman also started his big charity organsiation from selling homemade salad sauce.
Thinking of doing it to help buddhist temples.
I tried this sausages a few times. It's quite good. Spicy too. Can eat and do charity at the same time.
I wonder why no vegetarian food stalls/shops have such a charity drive?

where ? i wanna go and eat
anyway i am a very determined person, if i decide to do this for charity, i will not be doused by cold water from discouraging people.
It's very tedious and lots of work to make your own kimchi. Not to mention a lot of water used to rinse the cabbage after salting them. It's work from heart.
I also know there are many types of kimchi sold in supermarkets and korean marts here.
BUT if i want to do it my way i will do it my way. I can sell my homemade kimchi at buddhist fairs to raise funds.
So anybody wants to be a wet blanket here, you better support your viewpoints with facts.
Now where are the food stalls that sell vegetarian kimchi in Singapore. Name me one.
i want to buy ur vegetarian kimchi, can u confirm that u are selling? I want it at soonest, many thanks
I personally don't like kimchi as much as kimochi.
