  Look at True Buddha School, the founder monk Lu Sheng Yen insisted that he was slandered by a female disciple who had been trying to get her justice over 10 years on the website.

  Then Lu Sheng Yen had a former famous master who left him because the master realised that lu had gone into retreat for 6 years to escape from the court trial.

  So what is slander and what is the truth now ?

  In True Buddha School, if anything bad happened to the disciple (like become mental case from practising), you can't tell the truth because it will become you are slandering Lu Sheng Yen and his school.

  This include your donation being cheated by important people in charge in the various chapters/temples. They will always push the responsiblities to you. If you dare to speak up, you are slandering.

  Come to sexual abuse case, you are definitely the one slandering the school. Nobody bother to find out the truth or to listen to the victims.

  The above article is about slander not the truth. Slander and truth are 2 different issues. If you are telling the truth, that is not considered as slander. People who are being slandered will feel sad because others are not telling the truth about them. While people who know others who are telling the truth (bad things) about them will feel afraid. Afraid that more truth (bad things) about them will be exposed.

  In True Buddha School , if you dare to voice your opinions or suspicions, you would be label slandering straightaway and you would be treated hostily even to the extent of threats warning you that you would die , you would be punished by dharma protectors because you have slandered a buddha.

  It's a lot of fear psychology in this buddhist cult.
