  相本空明，��内外。

  I did not delete anything so your post might have been removed by fireice. What did you post? Anyway its ok to lie down and listen.. I always listen heart sutra until I fall asleep when I'm young and I think it had a positive impact on me.

  The same thing lor. Can I listened to amitabha chanting while lying down?

  Cos I listened at night the amituofo chanting until i fall asleep. I tot disrespectful.

  If listening to amitabha chanting while lying down is disrespectful, then all those dying in deathbeds should not listen to amitabha chanting.

  hm... gives ppl the impression that u r seeking dharma in sutra.  Why not bring ur realization to ordinary and mundane activities and express this in ur poem.

  sitting straight, right posture helps in a stable mind. thats why it is important. unless u cant have the right posture due to health reason, it is good to cultivate sitting in right posture
