because you are using your belly chakra, moving it , breathing in and out , moving your qi right down to vibrate your belly chakra . You are also moving your spine a lot and the waist which will help to facilite the awakening of kundalini very fast.
breathing + twisting the spine + twisting the waist and breathing right down to the chakra near your belly button.
