The more out of harmony we are, the stronger we seek after happiness. This struggle for happiness is ironically unhappiness. Happiness is not achievable through this struggle. When we no longer seek after it, a true innate joy is naturally present."Oh! How true! Especially the last two sentences rings true with me,Thanks!
Yes, agree. Be contended with what we have. There are many people wish to be rich, thinking being rich will make them happy. However, during the process of "money chase", there are a lot of unhappiness. One will also afraid of losing the money after having a lot of it.
Look at those people who live in the country side. They live happily though they do not have much luxury items like us. Their smiles are real. I always find their smiles are very different from ours because their smiles come from the heart.

Yes, because I want this, I want that, or I can only be happy if I have this have not affected them. That is our main preoccupation, and the cause of our unhappiness.
Perhaps,we can all try to learn from other's experiences.
