Any number of things could be wrong provided your system is brand new.
First, check the compatibility between your CPU and MB.
Most of the time there are 4 items responsible for such boot up issues:
1. Faulty CPU
2. Faulty MB
3. Faulty RAM
4. Corrupted HD
It is highly unlikely your LCD is not functioning properly. Nevertheless, check it with a spare monitor.
For me i would check the RAM first. Replace your RAM with identical sticks and boot-up. If you have another system, insert your RAM inside the other system to check if your RAM is working fine.
Same for the rest.
Take note that of you cannot even get into BIOS = not HD problem, leaving your CPU, MB or RAM.
Else go back to your dealer and ask them to test. Most parts have a 1 month 1-for-1 exchange or 1 yr warrenty. -
