hmm... during physical exercise lor den stupig teacher asked us to run den wen reaching a pole (levelled to a certain height above the ground) jump onto a springboard and flunk over the pole lor den after dat got a thin mattress on the floor one but useless 1 lor... me landed on the mattress but hurt my shoulders ah the whole neck n left shoulder pain like siao leh cant carry back or heavy things for months leh... not even if i wanted to hold up my back using my right hand my left shoulder will pain lor... den excused from PE for 6 months.... haiz......Originally posted by the Bear:oh dear... you were injured?
