this totally reminded me of Sex and the City!! for the benefit of those who haven't watched this great series, it's about this group of 4 single women in New York and their somehow messy love lives.
there's an episode titled "A Woman's Right to Shoes". i can imagine the gals giving an "aye!" to this yes, Sarah Jessica Parker plays the lead, who loves shoes. 400 US dollars on a pair of shoes? oh well ...............

this reminds me about a book i used to read when i was young ..... it was by Enid Blyton. i used to love reading when i was young. that's where i got this 700+ per eye thingy. i think the book was entitled "The Magic Faraway Tree"
talking about my eye thingy, it reminded me to put the Canada plan on hold ........ gotta get LASIK done first

this reminds me a lot of the Forbidden Forest in Harry Potter
yes, i luv Harry Potter. perhaps, it's the kid in me (which is still stuck at 12 yrs old, for the 11th yr running now ) anyway, i've got all the DVDs and the books, except for the 1st one. didn't buy the 1st one, cause i thought it was too thin, although the price was almost the same as the rest. i can actually hear shouts of CHEAPO!
