It is. It's like another 882 but the route (probably) loops at KTPH.

You sure?BCs getting a hard time finding parking during their mealbreaks even since LTA added so many buses and with the introduction of svc 308 too..

Oops, forgot to add only during off peak hours, from what i've observed, bcs need to wait at least 2/3 departures of buses before they can park

Peak hour quite bad leh...long queue for parking, sometimes up to nearing the alighting berth, coupled with buses departing...jam together...i once took nearly 10 mins just to get out of cck int...
People always forget that the expansion is mostly to cater those buses which got problem finding parking lots during peak hours and not exclusively for more new service.Punggol is now another fine example accident waiting to happens.Woodlands Temp Bus Int another joke of the year.I dont really know what is LTA thinking actually. So need i mention how bad is Pasir Ris is?I still see some people believe that Pasir Ris can accomodate more service..Duh!
Yishun another joke... now the buses have to keep circling the parking area just to find lots, sometimes leading to no breaks
Sometimes I think we are too rigid in wanting services to terminate at Interchanges/Terminals. Where permissible, we can have some short-haul services terminate at bus stops.

Termnate at bus stops then how to change shift or mealbreaks?Just look at svc 42,still have to go Eunos Int.
On the other hand Ghim Moh Ter is near Buona Vista, but I dont know about Sims Place Ter

CCK no chance to circle at all cos too cram, thats why jam and block those buses that need to exit

As in when you go in to parking area and cant find lots they will ask you to go another round and come back again

Same situation in many interchanges including
1. CCK
2. Jurong East
3. Hougang
The above 3 interchanges are the worse for finding parking space. Somehow Woodlands manages it quite okay with the new temp interchange.

And before woodlands temp int opened people said it was too small and will "confirm jam"..
Thats because Woodlands Temp Int is very wide for buses, meaning that 4 buses can go at one time and the lots are easily seen, apart from Yishun which is so cramped as lots are located all over the place and only 2 buses can go at one time

Tampines also quite jialat, Bedok looks like another Boon Lay, Clementi and AMK.
At least Toa Payoh is a good example of a proper interchange; bus services are divided carefully instead of all cramming into a single section

Already jammed no need to confirm..Got marshalls is to ease the expected jams, peak hours more headache..
A Straits Times article said that Hougang has 48 parking lots now, and 11 more in the expansion. I counted 37 lots. I think they meant 48 lots after the expansion.
But sometimes there are BCs who don't park properly, so instead of 16 lots in a row, only 14 or 15 buses can park.
Also, some BCs refuse to park in the last lot in the row facing the alighting berths.

48 is including the side parkings..The expansion only good for 1 new service else back to square ones...

11 side parkings? Do you mean they counted the berths as well?

Not berth parking la,The one they always park at the road side when the lots is full,You can notice some split shift buses also park there.

I meant bef Woodlands Temp int opened..
The marshalls at CCK is to stop the buses entering parking when a bus is reversing and because there are many buses reversing during peak hour end up the buses waiting to park jam the road

Road side? Never see before...

Means you dont know la..If the buses wanna exit there is 2 lots on the left too..
