403 demand high meh? What if got height restriction?

Has no height restriction, but does not have DD worthy loading. 40-50 pax peak loading at most times. Of course, needs a Citaro add to improve frequency. There can be long queues if one of the bus is late, making the frequency 20+ minutes.
403 # should be changed to 353 to match with the other PSR Feeders.

Elias Road there has a sharp 90 degree turn and the DD cannot turn there.

Yes, a Citaro is needed. Frequency is really bad during meal breaks at 5pm.

you could use some inference to know the context of that statement. basically 3607 was a Scania CRB which used to perm BN 403 and 2615 was just trying to suggest how nice would it be if 403 had DDs and the current 3607 could perm or cameo there.
The analysis on whether a service deserves DD or not is totally redundant.

I saw it at turning back into YCK terminal around 9am (EDS off service) and park behind that row of Sv72B buses and then shortly after change EDS to Sv72 and start trip at around 9.15am... so assume that it is on sv72B earlier... there are sv72B buses that off service at 8am plus also... and some will do Sv72 immediately after 72B and some will off service... not sure whether today is the timekeeper pull the bus over from 72B to do sv72 as there is one only DD in the YCK terminal at that time...
