  from yesterday straits time, some SBST BCs will be driving 860 and some other loop services... expect to see them from next monday on the road driving SMRT buses.

  diff mgmt system, diff ways of handling ops... get someone else to do your things that's alrdy in a mess... I dunno.. I'd alrdy mentioned from e beginning, let SBST takeover 1 or 2 rts for the time being...
