  SGWiki says so(50% correct only)... And I happen to spot it doing 167 twice(in the morning@8am, Jln Bt Merah/Bt Merah Ctrl).

  SBS 6078 M also claimed he spotted a 167 habit before, that could be 1241Y...

  But it might also be SP IIRC...

  In SGWiki, it says that TIB1241Y will crossover to 969/599 in Weekdays AM Peak and will not do 167 during Weekdays PM Peak...

  Not sure for Weekends though...
