by looking at Stage's pic, i think the bus wasnt refurbished at all. Look at the type of seat it had; similar to Merc OAC/LO3x/VO3x Batch 1 ones. Correct me if im wrong.
bn buses got refurb or nv refurb also quite diff to tell. they only repaint the rims.
