What's the faster way to get from West Coast Plaza to Great World City beside service 175? If I take service 176 (West Coast Highway) to Bt Merah int then transfer to service 5 or 16, is this faster than service 175 or not much difference?
Roughly how much time taken for both?

If you transfer from 176 at BM to 5 / 16, it is not faster than 175. 175 is the faster.175 take 40 mins, 176 & 5 take 43 mins, 176 & 16 also take 43 mins.

If you take buses only, tak 506 to Bukit Batok and transfer to 177, taking at least 1 hour.But, if you take trains only, it is impossible.
A combination of both is the shortest traveling time. Take the MRT from Toa Payoh to Newton, and transfer to 67 / 171, it will take at least 46 (67) / 49 (171) minutes.

StreetDirectory.com says that bus stop opp Pending Station is no longer in operation...Heng nvr follow ur method, later lost like 1 blur cock. xP

Here's the route I took for 1.5 years.
Morning:Go to bus stop opp trellis towers, take 966 or 985, whichever comes 1st. If 966, go to pending stn, change 184/700 to BPJ int, then 177. If 985, go to bt timah road outside the food centre, change 67, 170, 171, 961. Walk in to pass office and then take shuttle bus up the hill.
Alternatively, take 105, 151, 153, 154 from opp Trellis Towers to Tanglin CC, cross the road and change 190/700 to BPJ, then 177.Evening:
Wait for 177 at the bus stop on top of the hill. Take whichever direction comes 1st.If towards BPJ, alight 1 stop before interchange and change 190 to whitley road, cross road and take 105/153. (Faster)
If towards bukit batok, alight outside The Petals along Hillview Ave, walk to bus stop Bt Batok Ave 3 and take 985 (Slower)Fastest record is about 40 mins. Usually takes 50-60 mins (incl waiting time)
After some time, you should be able to guess the 177/985/966 timings so just adjust the bus combination accordingly. -

For 171 & 67, the nearest bus stop is at Aft Newton Circus, one stop after Newton MRT (if you want to go to that stop it's fine).The backward direction, is to take 177 / 67 to last stop near Bukit Panjang LRT, take the LRT to Choa Chu Kang, and then transfer the MRT to Toa Payoh.

MRT only: Take the NSL to Bishan, switch to the CCL and ride on it all the way to Paya Lebar, before switching to the EWL which will get you to Pasir Ris.Bus only: 1) Take bus 25 to Hougang Ave 3 (before Tampines Rd), and switch to bus 81. Alight at Pasir Ris Dr 1 (before Pasir Ris Central) and walk to the bus interchange.
2) Walk to the bus stop just outside AMK MRT and board 88 - it'll bring you straight to Pasir Ris Bus Interchange.

Bus: Take 88 to Pasir Ris from Ang Mo Kio MRT, which takes 53 - 55 mins.
MRT: Take the MRT (I'm not sure which route, but the fastest take 45 mins) to Pasir Ris.
Combined: There is only one direct way by combination, which is the suggestions i give above.
So, the MRT (if you take the fastest) is the fastest.

Where is the Mcdonalds, on what unit no. what street?Although i know that 155 or 13 will go there, you still had to walk yourself as there are streets like First Street, Second Street, Third Street at the park...
