Why I so unlucky my car kenna scratch again??!!

Went to Marine Parade meet some friends at 7 plus. Parked at open space carpark in white lots. Display coupons like anyone else.
A few hours later came back to car. The place quite dark. Drove home.
The moment reach home and parked the car.
Got out and discovered A VERY LONG SCRATCH on the centre of the bonnet towards driver side mirror!!! FARRKKKK MAN!!!
Some part of this 40+cm scratch is so deep that it shows the bonnet metal base.
Why the person do this? My car not very new...already 6 months old liao. Its all original from agent with no modification. No sticker or car decal at all.
Only a few 'Evil Rob' figurine, a small Ultraman and a Ralliart figurine on the dash board.
Why must this person scratch my car??? I really very sad. If dun re-spray I scared will the bonnet will rust soon as it is raining very often.
Please tell me where I can put CCTV camera in my car.

I asked around and to respray my car bonnet it cost about $120 to $150.
The CCTV cost at least $600++.
So quite bo hua leh...
