Rivervale Sengkang suddenly covered by Haze!

Rivervale is suddenly covered by haze!
The haze has a thing burning smell but it feels cold, as can see what look slike like vapour coming out of the spot lights around the neighbourhood.
And it just came suddenly and the entire stretch of Sengkang Eastway towards Upper Serangoon Rd all hazy now!
From all the lamp post and car lights can tel very hazy suddenly.
Any idea whats happening? -

Phew! I used to stay Rivervale ! Just moved away 2 weeks

Tampines is also foggy and misty now.
I heard a loud sound before this happened.
