Who are the ungrateful people around you?

  You have treated them well, go out often with them, or even got them presents. Often ask them out for meals, and even treat them to meals.
  When got no car, I lent them my car becoz they have to pick up their baby and sent their baby to their in-laws.
  They have a fds gathering at they home, can come over ask us for hard liqour. Gave them a bottle of Martel without asking for payment.
  
  But now they have their own car, never jio us out at all.
  Used to ask my wife out for clubbing very often and my wife will treat them to bottles of hard liquor & drinks.
  Nowadays my wife say no money, they just say ok, nv jio liao.
  
  I am not asking for repayment, but they are not bother with you anymore becoz you can't offer them treats anymore!

  the word "realistic" is strangely wrong...
  
  i would look at "materialistic"
  
  there are many out there.. i figure, live and let live.. we know who they are and steer clear of them in future
  
  and those who are true, keep them close

  Its even sadder becoz they live at the next block and we are closely related! We even buy food often for her mother when the mother is alone with her baby. Even gave her baby a motorised baby bike.
