Why she so double standard?

She can go out with guys.
But I cannot even say hi to my female neighbour at the carpark when I drive past her...although she is quite a bimbo. This female neighbour likes to talk to me and we had chat for hours. But we were only chatting in a public area a few times in the past. Thereafter we chat on MSN liao.
Since we stay next block oni, it is inevitable that we meet each other at the carpark. I jusy wave oni at my neighbour oni, she very angry.
But she can go clubbing and there is always different guys she will meet at clubs.
She go club & meet other guts, can...I say hi to female neighbour at our carpark, cannot.
