Where do they measure the haze PSI from??

  I see the reading on TV dun match the haze conditions in Sengkang!
  When I saw very bad, it says PSI:80 on TV.
  When I saw it better, it says PSI:145 on TV.
  
  They measure from the highest point or what? Any idea?

  They get this guy from NEA, to go up to the 12th floor of block 512, sengkang ave 5, every hour. He will hold up a stainless steel tablespoon and place the scooping surface on his nose. Then he will close his eyes for 30 seconds and shout out the PSI level to his buddy on the 11th floor of the same block.
