  Don't call back if you get this phone number!
  
  IF YOU get a missed call starting with +861 (the full number is +8613713467924), do not call back.
  It's the latest prank which could incur you high IDD charges unknowingly. My colleague's husband happened to return the call and it was an answering machine. He was shocked to see an enormous phone bill when he received it later. He then approached the service provider, but it could not reverse the charges. He had no choice but to pay up.
  
  On Aug 30, I also received the same missed call.
  
  Luckily I did not return the call as it was an anonymous phone number. So, beware of such callers.

  I think the calls only rang for a few seconds and then stop...with its main purpose to let you see it as a miss call and call it back.

  Lol...I got this too. +86 is actually a UK number. As I'd studied in London for three years, I wondered whether it's my university or something like that. But I never bothered to return the call.

  Roaming charges are in general. IDD mainly refers to: for eg: singtel 001.
  
  roaming charge svcs would include GlobalDial121, 019, 012, etc.
  these are just different methods for dialling o/seas.
  
  for everyone's info, 86 is china's country code. ask hellomotosqx. that cheena f*ck would know. -.-
