  I just cleared (a) & (b) this morning...for my wife.
  
  WE use seperate toilet so that cannot accused each other of dirtying a common toilet.
  Then last night she ask me to help ...then I know her toilet choke...

  toilet bowl choke -> she stuffed too much toilet paper down the toilet bowl? then cannot flush away?
  
  sanitary napkins -> if she got wrap up then throw into the bin which is lined with plastic bag, shldnt be a problem..
